Reauthorization Module

In this section, you will learn:

• How to successfully submit a Reauthorization of a Pharmacy Prior Authorization (PA).

  Note: The only fields that can be changed on a reauthorization are the Number of Refills Authorized and the Request Period Date – End (Thru Date) fields. If any other information needs to be updated, a new PA must be submitted. Refer to the New Prior Auth module for information about PA submission.
