Tutorial Tips
To best view the tutorial, the following computer settings are suggested:

  • Monitor resolution set to 1024 x 768 (or higher).


  • Internet connection speed of 56kbps or higher (preferably a DSL, Cable or LAN connection).

You do not currently have Adobe Flash Player installed or you have a version that needs to be upgraded. To view the following tutorial you must have Flash Player 6.0 (or higher) installed. Flash Player is a free plug-in provided by Adobe allowing you to view sites created with Flash software.

Follow Adobe's instructions for downloading and installing the software.

Visit the Adobe Flash Player Support Center if you have questions about installing or using the plug-in.

If you are having trouble installing:
You need administrative rights on your computer to download and install the plug-in. If you are in an office, hospital or clinic, you may need to contact your Support Desk or Network Administrator for help downloading and installing the plug-in.
