RTIP • Quick Tips

You must have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer in order to use the Real-Time Internet Pharmacy (RTIP) claim application.

The application will automatically detect if you have the player loaded and will direct you to the download site if you need to download the plug-in.

You can also click the Medi-Cal Web site's Web Tool Box link to download the Adobe Flash Player and other downloads.
