A claim may be rejected because it requires a DUR response.


A DUR alert override can be performed one of two ways:

1. Before submitting a pharmacy claim
2. After a rejection


If a DUR conflict is known prior to submitting a claim, use the pull-down menus to complete the DUR section of the online claim form.
