Within 15 months of submitting a claim, providers can reverse a paid claim.

The RTIP Pharmacy Claim Reversal Transaction page can be accessed two ways.

Select the Pharmacy Claim Reversal link from the main menu.

Or, select the same link from within the claim form using the side menu bar.
