Correctly complete all fields in Section 1 of the General Tab screen for timely processing of your claim.

Compounds are only accepted for dates of service beginning September 22, 2003.

Once all of the fields within the General Tab screen are complete, you are ready to move on to the second step of processing your claim.

Click the Compound Pharmacy Claim tab to enter further claim information prior to submission.
