How do I get my provider number set up to obtain access to the Internet for BCCTP?

You can not access BCCTP unless you are a Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts/ Family PACT provider. If you are a qualified provider and need a PIN, contact Provider Enrollment at (916) 323-1945 to get access to the Medi-Cal Internet Transaction Services. You must also have a Medi-Cal Point of Service Network Agreement on file with EDS to gain access to the online application. Please call 1-800-541-5555 for more information.

How do I get Adobe Acrobat downloaded on my computer?

Download Adobe Acrobat from the Medi-Cal Web site. Select the Web Tool Box link from the menu
on the left side of the Web application main screen to access the Adobe Acrobat Reader download
