BCCTP • General Information - Online Application

• This is an overview of the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP) online application process. You must go to the online application to complete and submit the forms.



• From the Medi-Cal Web site home page, click the Programs tab, then the BCCTP Update link, and lastly, the Enrollment Application link.



• If you currently have the BCCTP Overview open, click the exit link located at the left navigation menu of this Web site to return to the BCCTP online enrollment application.



• Within this overview are screen prints of the BCCTP online application. The links within these screen prints are for demonstration only and are not functional.
